Nadine Zipusch

From Southern California, as a young girl Nadine summered in Austria where she helped out in a friend's hotel cafe.

Nadine has been a hostess, waitress and bartender, working for such notable multi-unit hospitality companies as Il Fornaio, Spectrum Foods and Tavistock Restaurants. She has had considerable food catering and espresso catering experience as well. Nadine did undergraduate work in accounting, mathematics and statistics, and studied cultural anthropology at UC Berkeley.

Nadine has been with BU since 2000.
